Our instructors are trained by CORECYCLING and adhere to the philosophy that there is nothing more powerful than human connection.
We
use state of the art
CYCLEOPS 100PRO Indoor Cycles.
We can fit you accurately and ergo dynamically to your bike. Our bikes freewheel so you can coast,
and they have a super stable platform, both contributing to your safety.

We also offer self-directed training outside of class time and will be open 9am to 9pm every day but Sunday.
Mike Gorman is available for consultation between those hours when there is no class scheduled.
